- responsible for the line management of site-based staff, Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers and Trainees always adhering to IPM management standards
- to carry out various property management tasks as directed by the Director/s
- supporting the Regional Property Manager with stakeholder engagement and projects as required
- prepare accurate monthly reporting information for the Company and Clients
- to be an ambassador to the company and company values
- to carry out all duties in accordance with ARMA-Q guidelines and RICS code of practice
- ensuring inspections within your team’s areas are undertaken as required
Requirements
- experience of residential property management
- experience and knowledge in the management of a residential portfolio within block management
- knowledge of relevant legislation e.g. Landlord & Tenant Act, RICS Code etc
- must have experience of managing a retirement portfolio previously or currently
- strong experience of budget management, financial control and delivering cost efficiency
- IRPM qualified preferred. AIRPM qualification
- good working knowledge of building management and repair projects
- great attention to detail, Organisation and Prioritisation
