Responsibility
- we are currently recruiting for a Deputy Care Home Manager for a mid size nursing home based in Bristol
- as Deputy Care Home Manager, you’ll support the delivery of quality care and work closely with the Home Manager
- you’ll inspire a multidisciplinary team to make sure they help every resident to enjoy the best possible quality of life
- that means leading by example and monitoring standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice and checking our regulatory compliance
- you will take on leadership duties in the Home Managers absence and can expect to help with everything from ensuring care standards to motivating your team
