- staging for photos to make the property look homely
- taking professional standard photos, floor plans, and measurements, and creating property descriptions
- creating a listing on Street CRM, advertising listing on Rightmove, Zoopla, and various social media channels
- answering all calls and emails for viewings inquiries and booking viewings for the launch event
- build relationships with applicants, managing your own portfolio of vetted clients, understanding their needs, and matching them to the right homes
- submit feedback on the street app to the home provider if the property is not for them
- negotiate the best price for the vendor then submit offers to the house seller by phone call
- to take every client experience from excellent to exceptional, making every home move easy and letting our personalities change the perception of estate agents
Requirements
- GCSE and above
- previous customer-facing roles with excellent telephone manners and written communication
- experience in delivering excellent customer service
- quick in building relationships
- excellent Organisation skills
- managing a busy diary
- full Driver's license
- ability to manage multiple tasks ay once
