Responsibility

- to ensure that the Home’s policies and procedures are adhered to and that resources are managed effectively
- to liaise with Local Authorities, School, Health, and other professionals to achieve the best outcomes for Young People

- to ensure rota cover maintained to required standards at all times to ensure safeguarding for young people
- to assist in the establishing and maintenance of a competent, motivated, and confident Staff team and to offer leadership, managerial direction, guidance, and support to Staff at junior levels
- to monitor systems for the efficient administration of the Home and to ensure that the fabric of the Home, equipment, appliances, and grounds are maintained to the highest order in accordance with Health and Safety requirements
- address issues in relation to conduct and competence of Staff
- ensures Staff work within the Company’s policies, procedures, and Ofsted Quality Standard requirements
- enable effective supervisions that promote best practices within the home whilst providing a supportive approach for our staff teams
Requirements
- \* 2 years’ worth of working with young people in a residential care setting, with some supervisory experience
- \* Driving License
- \* Emotional and social intelligence
