Responsibility
- through our innovative and agile people and processes, Insensys has been producing unique technology in fibre optic strain sensing since 2002
- we have provided sensing systems to help power over 60 million homes globally with renewable energy
- we are excited to use some of this core technology to support other projects which positively impact the environment
- identifying and validating product manufacture requirements and assembly processes for new and existing products
- designing and improving system and process mapping for product integration
- working closely with Engineering and Business Development teams to design, test and implement new production tooling
- we are keen to hear from people who want to make a difference and be part of a company that positively impacts climate change
- as an Production Engineer you will be identifying production requirements, new systems and processes for new and existing products, while focusing on reducing waste, improving quality and safety, and reducing costs
Requirements
- A motivated team player, with proven experience of planning, tracking, and reporting progress, challenges, and risks
- an organised person, largely responsible for managing their own daily tasks and timekeeping
- A strong communicator with rapport skills
- have a positive outlook on life, enjoy learning with optimism to have fun and take pride in their work
