Responsibility
email and call centre monitoring of client requests and issues raised by Schools/Academies, contractor’s, and other parties
identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
provision of trend management reports and alerting management of emerging trends with incidents
reviewing real time data on reactive calls, PPMs and lifecycle requests
monitoring the responses and recognising trends in relation to Contract performance and service standard management outcomes, review data from contractor CAFM systems including categorisation and prioritising of email and task call traffic
to contribute to the efficient and effective working of the service function
to support the commission ops contract manager in all aspects of the teams work and on behalf of our clients, relaying information to those responsible for action and keeping the client updated where necessary with a full audit trail of the event from receipt to closure in a comprehensible way
Requirements
previous experience in a customer support role
strong organisational, time management and attention to detail skills
customer focus, good interpersonal skills and being able to adapt to different personality types
team Player
comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, working under pressure and to tight deadlines
experience of presenting spreadsheet information including numerical data
