Working hours

Responsibility

  • respond to incoming sales enquiries via email and telephone
  • following up new customer leads from shows / visits
  • maintain the CRM database
  • inputting client details and information to the CRM inc. keeping up to date on weekly / daily basis
  • creating invoices, collection & logistic documents for orders
  • processing sales orders that come through
  • inputting orders onto portal
  • organise sales samples to be sent around the world including tracking & feedback and following up leads

Requirements

  • strong organisational skills, ability to multi task is essential
  • attention to detail
  • team player
  • great communicator & telephone manner
  • experience in a similar role would be highly desirable
  • clean driving license
  • some light travel necessary visiting customers etc
