Responsibility
- undertake INNOVO's daily accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
- prepare monthly bank reconciliations for all INNOVO's bank accounts
- this requires someone with strong analytical and critical thinking skills to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- credit checking and managing credit limits
- the position requires an individual with experience in all areas of accounting, financial analysis, and management of accounting records
- prepare, check, verify and submit quarterly VAT returns
- prepare weekly and monthly payroll
- undertake general reconciliation processes
Requirements
- minimum 5 years in a similar role
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong interpersonal skills
- full UK car driving licence
- strong organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- ability to learn new software programs quickly and easily, including but not limited to XERO accounting software.Scheduling of planned work
- accounting: 2 years
