Responsibility

  • conduct market research to identify potential target industries and clients
  • generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms
  • develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
  • engage with prospects to understand their business needs and provide tailored workspace solutions
  • present our services and offerings to potential clients through effective presentations and demonstrations
  • negotiate contract terms and close deals to achieve sales targets
  • build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation

Requirements

  • proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role, preferably in the workspace solutions industry or related sectors
  • strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships
  • self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • solid understanding of market research and lead generation techniques
  • ability to identify client needs and propose suitable solutions
  • proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • flexibility to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
