Responsibility
- act as the CIW responsible individual for the elderly Care home
- develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of residents
- manage the day-to-day operations of the elderly care home
- ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- provide leadership and guidance to staff members
- maintain records of resident care and services provided
- develop strategies to increase efficiency and improve quality of care
- work with other healthcare professionals to coordinate services for residents
Requirements
- A valid NMC PIN
- 3 years’ experience as a CIW Registered Manager Responsible individual or CQC registered responsible individual
- knowledge of the principles in sales and marketing
- skilled in the recruitment, selection and retention of staff
- committed to a structured approach to training and development of staff
- understand the Care Standards Act and Health & Safety legislation
- excellent interpersonal skills
- A professional, confident and warm personality
