Responsibility
- explaining the concepts of self storage and showing customers different storage units and options
- inner Space Stations are searching for an enthusiastic Storage Advisor to join our award-winning Self Storage facility located on Layerthorpe, York City Centre. The vacancy available is for 24 - 32 hours per week - 9am - 5pm
- inputting new customers’ details into our storage management system and managing customer accounts
- preparing invoices and taking payment for storage bookings, whilst maintaining accurate records
- contributing towards marketing ideas and activities to best promote the company and its services
- closely supporting management in driving sales and meeting occupancy targets
- responding to customers’ storage enquiries in a timely and professional manner and advising customers on what type of storage they may require
- ensuring the appearance and cleanliness of the building is maintained internally and externally
Requirements
