- ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibility
- we are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for architectural design
- technical Drawings: Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications for architectural projects, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details
- CAD Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in using AutoCAD and Sketchup to create accurate and professional drawings
- building Regulations: Ensure that all projects comply with current building regulations, planning requirements, and other relevant standards
- site Visits: Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, identify issues, and provide technical support to the project team
- collaboration: Work closely with architectural designers, engineers, and other team members to develop innovative and sustainable design solutions
- documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence
