  • we are looking for an organised and professional Administration Assistant to join our team covering our Nottingham Office. You would be required to work 4-5 days per week
  • you will provide administrative support to the management team on all matters including greeting visitors, liaising with service user families, answering the telephone, entering and maintaining data and keeping service user and personnel records in line with data protection and regulatory standards
  • this post therefore requires good interpersonal, presentation, organisational and communication skills and the confidence to deal with clients, external professionals and staff at all levels
