Responsibility
create menu items, recipes and developing dishes
compile the list of and complete daily mise en place tasks to the required standard
plan and execute menus in collaboration with other team members
stock Ordering and food costing to achieve an agreed food gross profit
verifies that food storage units all meet standards and are consistently well-managed
taking charge of the kitchen, preparing dishes as designed together with the GM, and to the required standard within the allocated time
manage ingredients that should be frequently available daily

Requirements
