Responsibility
- design and create copy for various marketing materials, including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and email campaigns
- manage and oversee email marketing campaigns, from strategy development and list segmentation to analysing performance and optimisation
- demonstrate proficiency in handling and utilizing Email Service Providers to deploy and monitor email campaigns effectively
- create, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic, maximize ROI, and achieve marketing goals
- collaborate with sales team to design and implement marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation
- monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs
- design/edit images for marketing collateral across both digital and print mediums
- utilize HTML/CSS skills to design and update landing pages, email templates, and other marketing assets to ensure a consistent and visually appealing brand image
Requirements
- proven experience in marketing and graphic design
- familiarity with various Email Service Providers and hands-on experience in managing email campaigns
- proficiency in Google Ads and an understanding of PPC advertising
- solid understanding of HTML/CSS and the ability to create visually appealing marketing materials
- experience with the Adobe Creative Suite
- strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights for campaign optimization
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
