  • dealing with incoming/outgoings sales/lettings enquiries on a daily basis
  • all candidates can apply in the strictest of confidence
  • conducting and arranging viewings
  • A full driving license and own transport is a must, as this would be required for viewings etc
  • writing up of property particulars and creating property files
  • negotiating on all aspects of sales and lettings
  • possibly with a view to conducting valuations should experience allow
