- it’s ideal if you have a background in aviation but it’s not essential
- furthermore, you will need to ensure that the plans have the correct integrity and quality
- knowledge in aviation is ideal, however it’s not mandatory
- you will also be responsible for validating planned dates and risk events submitted by subcontractors
- A key responsibility will be to produce the forecast for the related milestones and periodic reports
- effective communication skills are essential as you collaborate with stakeholders at various levels

- this is an essential role and will assist the Project Controls Manager in ensuring plans are developed, tracked and reported on, to help produce positive project outcomes
- this programme includes 6 major projects that have successfully moved through the feasibility and design gateways and will now move into major delivery
- while you’re working with the project and programme managers, you’ll be expected to gather scheduling data across the portfolio, integrate contractor schedules into the PMO master plan and ensure adequate risk provision is built into the plans
- this could be you
- as a crucial member of the team, your primary responsibility will involve ensuring the accurate representation of project scopes, milestone dates, durations, and required resources in Primavera P6 programs
- however, you do need to have applied knowledge of NEC contracts along with the ability to interpret and understand critical path analysis, float & proven expertise in managing P6 plans submitted from a contracting supply chain
- experience working with NEC contracts is crucial along with the ability to understand and interpret critical path analysis, float & proven expertise in managing P6 plans submitted from a contracting supply chain

- strong ability working with data, reporting and analysis to identify issues, options, and solutions
- capability to create and present dashboards in a clear and concise manor, tailored to the stakeholders’ requirements
- fully competent using Primavera P6

- familiarity with change management processes, including assessing and managing risks and impacts to project baselines
- working knowledge of Primavera P6
- coordinate project controls activities and the change management process, ensuring risk and impacts to the baseline are effectively assessed and managed
- skilled in tracking and monitoring program progress against costs , assessing performance, and providing valuable insights
- working understanding of change management processes, including
- A proven track record of delivering accurate project plans and integrating plans from multiple projects and work streams
- strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate data and information, and to influence and challenge at all levels
- ability to create dashboards that meet stakeholders' specific requirements
- proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and utilisation of techniques such as Earned Value & Critical Path analysis to identify issues, explore options, and propose solutions
- experience with Primavera P6, ability to create plans from 1st principles, ‘what if’ planning, manage issues and mitigate slippage to drive delivery
