Responsibility

  • collection, recording and delivery of liquid samples from various site locations to the in-house laboratory for analysis
  • supporting the on-site management, movement and handling of IBCs as part of the company’s waste management procedures
  • supporting the monitoring and recording of water usage for waste disposal purposes
  • routine effluent filter checks
  • routine bund inspections
  • supporting the management of liquid waste storage, chemical assessment and safe discharge of liquid waste by the operation of the effluent system
  • the appointee will work closely with colleagues in the Technical and Manufacturing/Production Departments and report to the Technical Support Manager
