quality inspector
Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- utilise precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to ensure product specifications are met
- conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or abnormalities
- collect and analyse data to identify trends or patterns in product quality
- document inspection results and maintain accurate records
- communicate any quality issues or concerns to the appropriate departments for resolution
- participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes

Requirements
- previous experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or in a similar role preferred
- proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and other tools
- strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or abnormalities
- excellent data collection and analysis skills
- knowledge of quality control principles and practices
- ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- good communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
