Responsibility
- manage new enquiries and existing bookings in a timely and efficient manner
- implementation of guidance manuals alongside the Op’s Manager, as well as staff training manuals
- liaise with clients to understand their event requirements using a high standard of written and verbal communication
- maximise food and beverage sales, ensuring new enquiries are given priority and attention to capture bookings
- create new menus to high company standard within a set timeframe
- effectively execute administrative tasks ensuring high quality administration of all events meeting the company standard, client care and attention to detail required
- ensure brochures are current and reflect company pricing, content, and presentation
- effective organisation and planning of client taster session to ensure effective delivery
Requirements
- maintain high standards of personal presentation, following an ‘office ready’ dress code
- previous experience of events and hospitality desirable
- exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- adept in time management and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- knowledge of restaurant service, event operations, upselling techniques and team management is favourable
