Responsibility
manage new enquiries and existing bookings in a timely and efficient manner
implementation of guidance manuals alongside the Op’s Manager, as well as staff training manuals
liaise with clients to understand their event requirements using a high standard of written and verbal communication
maximise food and beverage sales, ensuring new enquiries are given priority and attention to capture bookings
create new menus to high company standard within a set timeframe
effectively execute administrative tasks ensuring high quality administration of all events meeting the company standard, client care and attention to detail required
ensure brochures are current and reflect company pricing, content, and presentation
effective organisation and planning of client taster session to ensure effective delivery
Requirements
maintain high standards of personal presentation, following an ‘office ready’ dress code
previous experience of events and hospitality desirable
exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
adept in time management and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
knowledge of restaurant service, event operations, upselling techniques and team management is favourable
