Responsibility
ensuring health and safety and company policies are adhered to during an event
liaising with the client on vision, costs, delivery, collection and design
liaising with the client on each stage of the event from planning meeting to event take-down, fielding calls and emails to populate the event planning documents
overseeing the smooth running of the event front-of-house ensuring all guest needs are attended to
being available and providing support on the event set-up, rehearsal, day of the event and event breakdown where required
acting as the pivotal point of contact at the event for clients, guests and all suppliers
