Responsibility

  • ensuring health and safety and company policies are adhered to during an event
  • liaising with the client on vision, costs, delivery, collection and design
  • liaising with the client on each stage of the event from planning meeting to event take-down, fielding calls and emails to populate the event planning documents
  • overseeing the smooth running of the event front-of-house ensuring all guest needs are attended to
  • being available and providing support on the event set-up, rehearsal, day of the event and event breakdown where required
  • acting as the pivotal point of contact at the event for clients, guests and all suppliers
