Responsibility

  • experienced property factor manager sought to as part of the continued growth of Indigo Square factoring team. We may be looking for more than one candidate, therefore salary will be commensurate with experience
  • liaising with contractors to organise property maintenance needs
  • manging tender and estimates for repair contracts
  • answering calls
  • dealing with telephone and email enquiries and reporting and logging maintenance enquiries
  • organising relevant property inspections / appointments / maintenance issues
  • providing regular written and verbal feedback to owners of repair status

Requirements

  • minimum 2 years property factor experience
  • drivers License
  • knowledge of CPL/Client management software
  • excellent written and verbal communication skils
  • property Factor: 2 years
