- selling, scheduling jobs and raising invoices
- taking card payments over the phone
- liaising with customers, managers and technicians to ensure smooth running of jobs
- checking completed job reports and photos from technicians before emailing to customers
- managing technicians diaries, ensuring all technicians have a full day’s work and optimum productivity is achieved
- responding quickly to schedule changes / cancellations / weather conditions to reschedule technicians appointments to maximize productivity
- scheduling any follow up appointments required in a timely manner
Requirements
- scheduling and administration experience
- familiar with CRM systems for managing sales processes, booking jobs, and updating customer records
- geographically familiar with London and surrounding areas
- confident telephone manner and good customer service skills
- ability to learn how to use new systems quickly
- being able to work as part of a team
