Responsibility

  • experience of being a registered manager is also desirable
  • on-site and ongoing professional development opportunities will be provided
  • the applicant will demonstrate effective communication skills and have experience within and knowledge of supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism, complex needs with Health needs, and some who may present with behaviours that can challenge
  • the applicant must demonstrate a sound understanding of the regulatory and legal requirements of the role and show to be IT literate
  • the post is contracted 40 hours per week, across two sites within Kennington & Singleton. These hours are to be worked over a seven day period and include late, early and sleep in duties
  • to attend any other Management or Staff Meetings as required and be prepared to chair
  • to follow up incidents at all levels, and conducting any investigations or implementing any actions that may be necessary
  • to meet with the Head of Business and/or Managing Director on a regular basis , and provide reports as required

Education

  • certificate of Higher Education
