Responsibility
- job Title: Registered Nurse
- locations: Kettering
- working in partnership with NHS continuing healthcare teams and case management companies our enhanced level of specialist clinical support enables individual clients to remain at home even when the level of care required is highly complex
- pay Rate: £30 - £32 per hour
- we are dedicated in providing care for those patients who are too ill to look after themselves or be looked after by carers or family members and who would otherwise be admitted to, or have to remain in hospital, but who do not require 24-hour nursing care
Requirements
- lead assessment, care planning and evaluation of patient care
- ventilation
- communicate effectively with patients, carers and all members of the multi-disciplinary team
- tracheostomy
- prioritise daily work in line with clinical/patient need
- PEG Feeding/ Medication
- actively participate and contribute to team meetings, handover and MDTs
- initiates health promotion activities, as appropriate, with individuals, patients and carers
