  • to drive overall sales performance in the branch to include delivered, collected and direct sales
  • visit customers when required to generate new and additional sales and manage customer disputes
  • support both the counter and telephone sales team to include individual targets
  • drive excellent levels of customer service within the sales teams
  • challenge and reward good and poor performance as and when it occurs
  • be pro-active as far as building on existing customer sales and finding new business
