- previous experience of working with young people is desirable though training will be provided to the successful candidate
- enhanced Clean DBS is a necessity
- driving license is necessary
- minimum of QCF /NVQ Level 3 award in Health & Social Care , with 5 years experience working in a Semi-independent Accommodation/Children's Homes
- working with Children/young people: 2 years
Education
- diploma of Higher Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Responsibility
- have oversight of premises inspections, maintenance and stock levels to ensure facilities are appropriate and safe for the residents
- prepare staff rotas, and ensure that cover is arranged for staff leave and sickness
