Responsibility

  • this is a Maternity Cover contract , full time, Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5 pm
  • provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues

  • demonstrates empathy, identifies expectations, and maintains a positive attitude when dealing with all aspects of customer relationships

  • provides timely feedback and solutions to leads regarding customer concerns, service failures and process improvement
  • maintains an accurate record of all work including data entry of job tickets into customer database and related files

Education

  • A-Level or equivalent

Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer literate
  • strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities even under pressure
  • ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • proficient in using computer systems and software applications, experience in EPR desirable
  • strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • ability to work independently as well as part of a team
