Responsibility
- inclusive Support Ltd are seeking a full-time Registered Manager to join our team in Colchester, Essex
- to coach and lead the staff team, directly managing and supervising the Team Leader and Support Worker team
- to complete audit and governance checks
- to effectively manage all aspects of Infection Control
- to effectively develop and oversee the service rotas, ensuring adequate cover is provided against commissioned hours
- to ensure that the staff have regular training and undertake continuing professional development
- we provide support to adults with a learning disability, autism and complex needs in small residential settings and are seeking an experienced and robust individual to help us in our growth and future vision of the organisation
- to provide out of hours on call cover for the area in line with the on-call rota
Requirements
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- experience of working as a manager within Health and Social Care, in particular, learning disabilities and autism
- to be adaptable and innovative and competent in managing complex behavioural situations
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision or in a team environment depending on the needs of the household
- ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities as needed
- ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
