Requirements

  • experience or translatable experience in managing a facility of this nature
  • great stakeholder skills
  • strong administration and organizational skills, with good attention to detail
  • excellent communication skills with capacity to build effective relationships across multiple stakeholders
  • ability to manage multiple, and sometimes conflicting, priorities all at once
  • organised, proactive and a problem solver
  • maintenance: 1 year

Responsibility

  • to promote and seek to fill available space at the facility, balancing commercial needs against community impact
  • to work with the member clubs to ensure maximum utilization of sports pitches, in line with recommended maximum usage
  • to proactively seek out new, and support existing, lets that provide activities and services from within the facility
  • to manage all aspects of the bar and function facility, including bookings, stock control and any licensing considerations
  • to work with other IPCSC members and stakeholders to help facilitate their requirements in line with our charitable objectives
  • to proactively manage the ongoing facility and sports pitches, ensuring they are of good quality and able to be utilized for their primary purpose
  • to ensure all day-to-day administration and record keeping is accurate and up to date Including Invoicing and Reconciliation, and available for all key stakeholders to see at any time
  • to liaise and work closely with the fundraising officer to seek funding for community initiatives, based on consultations and identified needs
