Responsibility

to promote and seek to fill available space at the facility, balancing commercial needs against community impact
to work with the member clubs to ensure maximum utilization of sports pitches, in line with recommended maximum usage
to proactively seek out new, and support existing, lets that provide activities and services from within the facility
to manage all aspects of the bar and function facility, including bookings, stock control and any licensing considerations
to work with other IPCSC members and stakeholders to help facilitate their requirements in line with our charitable objectives
to proactively manage the ongoing facility and sports pitches, ensuring they are of good quality and able to be utilized for their primary purpose
to ensure all day-to-day administration and record keeping is accurate and up to date Including Invoicing and Reconciliation, and available for all key stakeholders to see at any time
to liaise and work closely with the fundraising officer to seek funding for community initiatives, based on consultations and identified needs
