Responsibility
- develop and deliver Inch Cape Offshore Wind procurement strategy
- develop and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders
- ensure tenders managed by the team are conducted in compliance with Inch Cape Procurement Policies and Procedures
- drive a continuous improvement culture and foster innovation in the team to improve current processes
- provide contract structuring support to the business users and contract owners for tenders and framework agreements
- undertake industry / market analysis and risk management activities with respective categories
- project Management Service Contractor
- responsible for providing leadership and direction, including advice in relation to source planning, appropriate tender strategies, contracting structure and vendor relationship management
Requirements
- A relevant professional qualification or 3rd level qualification
- certificate or Diploma qualification in Procurement
- coordinate activities of the Commercial team in matter of procurement and manage the procurement team
- A high level of commitment, commercial acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills
- A minimum of 10 years relevant Procurement experience
- strong organisational skills, with ability to drive behaviours of large, diverse, multifunctional virtual teams
