- ? Understanding of project management principles and how to successfully manage projects to meet target objectives
- ? Conscientious with an eye for detail
- ? Previous experience in a dedicated project management role
- ? Ability to generate ideas and work cross-functionally with internal and external teams
Responsibility
- programme and Project Management
- work cross-functionally, including cross referral, with our Innovation and Careers Educations teams to support and deliver innovation programmes
- sets and continually manages project expectations with team members
- communicates project successes, lessons learned and project management recommendations
- producing impact reports and visualising data effectively with the ability to use other platforms when required
- support in maintaining project management tools including keeping the CRM up to date
- using pre-existing designs for programmes to think creatively about how to deliver programmes that maximises positive outcomes for participating businesses and individuals
- identifies, analyses, prioritises and develops plans to mitigate project risks and resolve project issues, so as to keep projects on track
