Requirements
organisation skills to administer RMAs, shipping, collection etc. Thus, maintaining high standard of customer service and meeting customer expectations
computer skills – basic understanding of Microsoft Windows applications and the ability to learn new in-house systems
be open to feedback and improvement
technical aptitude to be able to assess, test and diagnose sensitive instrumentation as well as telemetry devices
A willingness to learn our products and service offering to develop a deeper connection with customers to generate a range of leads
