  • thorough knowledge of the Microsoft 365 cloud platform

  • understanding of e-commerce platforms, ideally Magento
  • understanding of CRM systems, ideally Dynamics 365
  • managing firewalls, security appliances and services
  • understanding of Power Platform and PowerAutomate
