Responsibility
- we are seeking a experienced Car Audio and Security Shop /Sales Manager to join our team
- must have minimum 3 year experience in the Car Audio, Security Car Electronics industry
- the ideal candidate will have experience in retail of Car Audio and security products
- oversee daily operations of the shop, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes
- manage and supervise shop staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- develop and implement strategies to improve shop performance and increase customer satisfaction
- maintain inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
- the Manager will be a key member of our team, closely interacting with our installation team. This role is responsible for execution of the conversion of walk-in prospects to satisfied clients
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
