- IMSM is currently recruiting for an experienced Level 2/3 IT engineer to work from both our Malmesbury and Swindon offices
- updating of IT policies and procedures when required
Requirements
- HTML knowledge would be an advantage
- experience in anti-virus, backup , networking, telephony, and end-user support
- strong Windows OS and Office Apps skills
- familiar with remote deployment, VoIP, firewalls, and networks
- excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- knowledge of sage CRM would be an advantage
- linux Knowledge would also be an advantage
- must be a good team player with a calm attitude when under pressure
