Responsibility
- due to continued growth, we are currently recruiting for a Hospitality Sales Coordinator to join our growing team
- managing the briefs to ensure that the contracted package is delivered to exceptional standards
- managing client guest lists for hosted and non-hosted hospitality experiences whilst communicating event information in a timely manner

- communicating effectively with suppliers to ensure all information for hosted and non-hosted trips is accurate, and is prepared for client arrival
- to collate completed workflow procedures, itinerary schedules, and client information for the operational team within the set timeframe
- we are a leading charity fundraising, event management and corporate hospitality company specialising in charity auctions and supplying bespoke corporate hospitality and experience packages
- provide administrative support to the sales and hospitality team, including but not restricted to, customer liaison, supplier engagement, logistical planning, producing signage, issuing event tickets, producing itineraries, and any other event related administration required
- collect and analyse client feedback to create actionable insights
- as the Hospitality Sales Coordinator, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work and provide a first-class customer service experience
- demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of the experience while constantly seeking the opportunity to maximise sales opportunities to support meeting revenue targets
- ensure that relevant and pertinent information is provided to the accounts team in a timely manner

- manage the stock list for hospitality experiences and effectively communicate this within the team
- working closely with our Hospitality Sales Managers, from pre-event planning, and supplier engagement to managing logistics, coordinating client experience and feedback – this role requires an energetic, organised, and outgoing individual, that is willing to develop new and existing business relationships and go the extra mile for our clients
- ensure all event information is entered efficiently into the company systems to the required company standard and handed over in good time to the operations/hosting team
