due to continued growth, we are currently recruiting for a Hospitality Sales Coordinator to join our growing team
managing the briefs to ensure that the contracted package is delivered to exceptional standards
managing client guest lists for hosted and non-hosted hospitality experiences whilst communicating event information in a timely manner
there will also be opportunities to travel and experience corporate and sports hospitality events
communicating effectively with suppliers to ensure all information for hosted and non-hosted trips is accurate, and is prepared for client arrival
to collate completed workflow procedures, itinerary schedules, and client information for the operational team within the set timeframe
we are a leading charity fundraising, event management and corporate hospitality company specialising in charity auctions and supplying bespoke corporate hospitality and experience packages
provide administrative support to the sales and hospitality team, including but not restricted to, customer liaison, supplier engagement, logistical planning, producing signage, issuing event tickets, producing itineraries, and any other event related administration required
