- handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash management
- follow food safety guidelines and ensure compliance with health regulations during food preparation
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- manage time effectively to meet customer demands while maintaining quality standards
Requirements
- basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing orders
- knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain hygiene standards
- experience in food preparation is an advantage but not mandatory; training will be provided
- strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment
- A friendly disposition with a genuine desire to help customers enjoy their experience
- previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not essential
- barista experience: 1 year
- time management: 1 year
