Responsibility

  • you will mainly be responsible for taking calls from customers and booking jobs on to our Cordic software
  • we are a mini cab office located in Islington looking to hire a part time Telephonist

Requirements

  • minimum 2 years experience as a telephonist preferred
  • previous experience of using CORDIC
  • good telephone manner / communication skills
  • basic IT knowledge
  • able to work as part of a team and independently
  • must be able to prioritise and work well under pressure when we have an influx of jobs
  • telephonist: 2 years
  • cordic: 2 years
