Responsibility

Requirements

  • relevant HR qualification, e.g. CIPD and/or
  • ✓ significant current administration experience
  • have a high standard of education, literacy and numeracy (minimum

  • understanding of Human Resources process, procedures and policies ✓
  • time management and working to deadlines ✓
  • commitment to providing a responsive and supportive service ✓
  • be a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development ✓
