We’re currently looking for a Business Development & Events Coordinator to join our small but growing team, who are based in Stevenage
  • preparing and ensuring the delivery of conference essentials - printed materials, brochures, posters, and branded merchandise
  • facilitating travel arrangements for the team – offering comprehensive details on the destination and a structured itinerary
  • collaborate closely with the sales team to maintain and update the CRM system
  • work closely with the Client Relations Manager, Chief Scientific Officer and the Chief Executive Officer to efficiently identify and forward plan upcoming conferences
