  • as a key member of the Programme Management team, the CRM Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the delivery and success of product design and development of the Salesforce solution
  • this role will require the ability to work with multiple stakeholders at all levels within the organisation, engaging teams from within business units, IT and third-party implementation partners to drive success against tight deadlines and scope
  • the candidate will be able to work with both business process and technical delivery teams to enable our business to scale our technology capabilities to support and improve customer experience
