- responsibility to promote the Protection and wellbeing of Children
- promote the findings of The Promise and advocate these are incorporated within service delivery
- work in line with Imagine Care’s values of Partnership, Progress and Professionalism
- to ensure the therapeutic care of children and young people and be a positive role model
- lead in the application of the organisation’s Outcomes Tracker and online care management software
- promote, monitor, and maintain health and safety in the working environment in accordance with policy and procedure
- contribute to the assessment of children and young people’s risks and needs through the development of care plans and risk management plans
