- meeting and greeting patients, ensuring we providing a great first impression
- booking and amending appointments, answering the telephones, updating patient records
- supporting the Head Receptionist, Practice Manager, Patient Care Manager and the Clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
- making patients aware of dental services we offer, plans and payment options
- handling payments and reconciliations daily
- sending out patient recalls, completing monthly audits
- accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
Requirements
- ability to keep calm and professional
- previous administration/ reception experience preferred
- personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
- strong communication and organisation skills
