Working hours

  • part-time

Responsibility

  • meeting and greeting patients, ensuring we providing a great first impression
  • booking and amending appointments, answering the telephones, updating patient records
  • supporting the Head Receptionist, Practice Manager, Patient Care Manager and the Clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
  • making patients aware of dental services we offer, plans and payment options
  • handling payments and reconciliations daily
  • sending out patient recalls, completing monthly audits
  • accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality

Requirements

  • ability to keep calm and professional
  • previous administration/ reception experience preferred
  • personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
  • strong communication and organisation skills
