- information Sharing: Provide patients with details about treatments, plans, and payment options
- administrative Duties: Update patient records accurately and handle payment processing and daily reconciliation
- confidentiality: Always maintain strict patient confidentiality
Requirements
- customer Focus: Personable, positive, and enthusiastic with a passion for great service
- administrative Skills: Previous experience in reception or administration roles would be an advantage
- communication and Organisation: Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent organisational ability
