Requirements
- you have completed training as a service technician or service engineer
- you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in technical customer field service
- experience in dealing with software installations, network technology and their connection
- curiosity and pleasure in learning new methods/techniques
- driving license class B
- high willingness to travel also outside UK
- ability to work independent, but also being a team-player and work together with your colleagues in sales and customer service to meet the customer’s needs
Responsibility
- you build up and maintain relationships with our customers
- you are responsible for on-site installation and commissioning of our equipment
- with repair and maintenance work you help the customers to run their business smoothly
- equipment qualification and validation is as well part of your tasks
- you support customers on the phone or online to clarify and solve technical issues and prepare corresponding cost estimates
- you offer maintenance contracts and support our customers in case of arising questions
