  • daily counting & processing of customer payments received
  • apply payments onto accounting software and file paperwork
  • daily banking preparations
  • provide accurate information for sales team to promptly resolve customer disputes, queries and requests
  • updating database
  • work collaboratively with sales team to ensure customers debts are in control
  • stock entry into accounting system
  • supporting other departments as required
