Responsibility

  • ideally you will have knowledge of the Tenancy Standard, Value for Money Standard and the Home Standards
  • ensure routine periodic works are planned with the contractors and tenants in a timely manner
  • provide our tenants with a day-to-day repairs service and improvement works for their homes. This can include fault finding on household appliances as well as building maintenance
  • contacting contractors and arranging the day to day and routine maintenance works
  • planning works with the tenant and/or support workers to ensure a smooth and efficient process for the works to be completed

Requirements

  • decent Home Standard: 3 years
  • RSH and CIH: 3 years
