update customers throughout their funding journey on the status of their project as well as relevant project dates
develop a deep understanding of our services to provide accurate information and solutions to customers
update internal spreadsheets to give visibility of project statuses as well as team performances
oversee customer eligibility and required funding evidence
manage external queries/complaints and delegate them to the relevant departments

Requirements
proven working experience within the sales industry
you should be comfortable dealing with customers via phone calls, emails and face to face
excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
excellent written and verbal communication skills
highly organised and capable of multitasking
A customer-centric attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
the Coordinator selected should have a background in customer service, administration and sales.You should be an excellent communicator and have strong organisational skills
