Responsibility

  • update customers throughout their funding journey on the status of their project as well as relevant project dates
  • develop a deep understanding of our services to provide accurate information and solutions to customers
  • update internal spreadsheets to give visibility of project statuses as well as team performances
  • oversee customer eligibility and required funding evidence
  • manage external queries/complaints and delegate them to the relevant departments
  • we are a leading insulation and heating installer within the energy efficiency industry, and currently seeking a customer service & sales coordinator to join our team
  • actively collect customer feedback and share insights with the team to help improve services

Requirements

  • proven working experience within the sales industry
  • you should be comfortable dealing with customers via phone calls, emails and face to face
  • excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • highly organised and capable of multitasking
  • A customer-centric attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • the Coordinator selected should have a background in customer service, administration and sales.You should be an excellent communicator and have strong organisational skills
