  • ignite Nursing is a care agency that is looking to start homecare / supported living services. The business currently holds a home care registration but is looking to employ a dedicated manager to support the business in this transition
  • lead and manage a team of dedicated support staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the highest quality of care and support is delivered

Requirements

  • previous experience in a managerial role within a similar setting, supporting adults with learning disabilities
  • A relevant qualification in health and social care
  • A comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and standards within the adult social care sector
  • excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • A compassionate and person-centered approach, valuing the dignity and individuality of service users
  • ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, including service users, families, staff, and external professionals
  • good IT skills, with proficiency in using relevant software and systems
