Hello! The job is for a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 3 years of PQE (post qualification experience). The role involves handling a variety of tasks related to residential conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold conveyancing, drafting contracts and leases, and dealing with refinance and lease extensions.
